Colorado Memory ©Kathy Drungilas, pastel on sanded paper, 8″x10″, sold.

Based on memory and photos taken on-site, Kathy has painted a view of the Colorado landscape, not sweeping and grandiose, but intimate and private. “It was a very narrow view down a path and roofed by aspen trees turning gold. It felt forested and sheltering with a great light-filled expanse literally, at the end of a tunnel.”
